Responsible Business Initiative
On 14th of November 2017, the Legal Affairs Committee of the Council of States (LAC-S) asked for an indirect counter-proposal as alternative to the Responsible Business Initiative. On December 11, the Legal Affairs Committee of the National Council (LAC-N) rejected the idea of a counter-proposal by 14 votes against 11. the LAC-S will have to pronounce itself again.
